A Nashville native, Brittney spent the majority of her career in Washington, DC, having moved in 2013 to work as a sales leader and sales coach for The Advisory Board Company- a research, technology, and consulting firm that served thousands of healthcare and education institutions globally. Most recently, Brittney was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Axios. After joining the news/tech startup just before its first anniversary, Brittney built and led a recruiting team that grew Axios from 80 to 200 employees. Brittney is passionate about building balanced and equitable teams, and she played a pivotal role in Axios’ inclusion initiatives, diversity efforts, and the rollout of its employer brand. She brings a deep bench of experience in in-house recruiting, people operations, learning and development, and consultative sales to the team.
Brittney moved back to Nashville in 2019 with her family before joining Position.
Kim is an Associate at Position where she works full-cycle to source, interview, and hire exceptional teammates for her clients. Previously she worked in Human Resources and Training Programs at the Ethereum blockchain startup ConsenSys. Here, Kim joined as employee #80 and supported the company as it skyrocketed to +1250 employees worldwide within 2 years. Prior to joining ConsenSys, Kim was an Extended Learning Associate at the startup school Avenues where she helped build out study abroad programs and a community engagement program in the upper school.
When she’s not out seeking talent, Kim enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, catching live music, and exploring new corners of the world. Kim holds a BA from the University of San Francisco, and a MA in Sociology of Education from NYU.
